Student Event Registration Portal

By accessing and using the student portal at
https://nasa.rankuhigher.com/student/login,
you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

Eligibility
- Only authorized students of Rathinam College may use this portal.
- Students must provide accurate and complete information during registration.

Account Responsibility
- Students are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
- Any activity performed through a student account will be considered the responsibility of the account holder.

Event Registration
- Event registration is subject to availability.
- Registration is confirmed only after successful payment (if applicable).
- The institution reserves the right to modify or cancel events.

Payments & Refunds
- Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.
- All fees once paid are non-refundable, unless explicitly stated otherwise for a specific event.
- In case of payment failure, the amount will be refunded as per Razorpay’s policy.

Prohibited Activities
Students must not:
- Share login credentials.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the system.
- Upload false or misleading information.
- Use the portal for unlawful activities.
Violation may result in account suspension or disciplinary action.

System Availability
We strive to keep the portal available at all times. We are not responsible for downtime due to maintenance, technical issues, or external factors.

Limitation of Liability
The institution shall not be liable for:
- Payment gateway failures
- Network or technical issues
- Loss caused by incorrect student-provided information

Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the portal implies acceptance of the updated terms.
